Due to the new guidelines issued for panchayat elections, now those people who have not yet collected the details of their previous election expenses, can not contest. Under this rule, it has become necessary for the candidates of all elected and defeated ways to submit an account of their election expenses. There are 90 percent of the heads of Agra division and other panchayat representatives, who have not gathered the details of the last election till date. In such a situation, they can be banned from contesting elections if they do not submit details. In addition, most of the defeated candidates from elected representatives have not submitted their papers. In such a situation, a crisis has arisen even after his election.

Details will have to be given during enrollment
Officers of the Mandalayukta office in Agra say that the Pradhan, BDC and Zilla Panchayat members have not given details of their election expenses. In such a situation, they can be banned from contesting elections. This time it will be mandatory for all the candidates to give the details of the expenses incurred in the last election before filling the election nomination form. In such a situation, the nomination will be canceled if the details of the last election expenses are not given with the form.
Voter list will be released in December
According to the State Election Commission, the voter list will be verified between October and November. Under this, the BLOs will go door-to-door to verify voters and register new voters. Apart from this, new voters can also include their names in the voter list online. The final voter list will be released on December 29 after completing the entire process.
