Let us tell you that Sushant’s father had lodged an FIR in Patna, making many serious allegations against Riya Chakraborty (Rhea Chakraborty). After this, the team of Bihar Police reached Mumbai for investigation. Later, Riya filed a petition in the Supreme Court with the help of her lawyer Satish Maneshinde to transfer the case to Mumbai and stop the investigation of Bihar Police.
Sushant’s family filed a caveat in the High Court against Riya’s plea, after which the Maharashtra government has also filed a caveat on its behalf.
