Shah said on China-India deadlock – no one can take even an inch of our land

new Delhi : Amid the ongoing standoff with China in Ladakh, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said on Saturday that the Modi government is fully conscious to save every inch of land in the country and no one can occupy it.

Shah also said that the government is taking all possible military and diplomatic steps to resolve the deadlock with Ladakh in China.

In response to the question whether China has entered Indian territory, he said, “We are alert to every inch of our territory, no one can capture it.” Our defense forces and leadership are capable of protecting the sovereignty and boundary of the country.

The Home Minister also said that the government is committed to the sovereignty and security of the country.

In the context of the upcoming Bihar assembly elections, Shah expressed confidence that the NDA would get a two-thirds majority.

He said that Nitish Kumar will be the next Chief Minister of the state after the elections.

The Home Minister said that after the assembly elections in West Bengal next year, the government will change and the BJP will come to power there.

He said, we think we will fight strongly in West Bengal and form the government.

He said that the law and order situation in West Bengal is serious and political parties like BJP have every right to demand imposition of President’s rule there.

Shah said, however, that the Central Government will take appropriate decisions keeping in mind the Constitution and based on the Governor’s report.

When Shah was asked if the BJP seats in Bihar are more than the JDU, will the party claim the chief minister’s post, he said, “No ifs and buts.” Nitish Kumar will be the next Chief Minister of Bihar. We have made a public announcement and we are committed to it.

Referring to the separation of the Lok Janshakti Party from the ruling alliance in Bihar, Shah said that the party was offered a sufficient number of seats but still broke away from the coalition.

He said, it was his decision, not ours.

When asked about the alleged gang rape and death of a woman in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, the Home Minister accused the opposition of doing politics and said that all the accused were arrested on the day of the incident and the CBI investigation Is going on

He said, rape took place in Hathras and similar incident happened in Rajasthan. But politics remained limited to Hathras only. No one raised the subject of Rajasthan. The accused in the Hathras case were arrested the same day.

A committee was formed to investigate. CBI is also investigating. There should be no politics on this.

On the question of the situation a year after the abolition of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, Shah said that law and order is now normal in the Union Territory while the situation was challenging with the situation of Kovid-19.

He said that there is now Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha and he will ensure that the last person reaches development.

Shah said, you will see significant development there in five-six months.

Shah asked Congress President Sonia Gandhi and party leader Rahul Gandhi to publicly support the statement of former Home Minister and Congress leader P Chidambaram that the special status of Jammu and Kashmir should be restored.

When asked about allegations of drug problem in the Hindi film world, Shah said that he does not want to combine the two.

He said, narcotics is a problem and this problem should be eradicated soon.

Shah said, as far as infrastructure, legal provisions and manpower are concerned to end the drug crisis from the country, you will see big changes in the coming days.

He asked people to accept Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s advice on Kovid-19.
