Ingredients for making green potatoes
-1/2 kg small potatoes
-1 pack coriander leaves
– 1 inch piece ginger
-4 green chillies
-1 teaspoon cumin seeds
-4 cloves
-1/2 large cardamom seeds
-1/2 inch piece cinnamon
– 1 teaspoon black pepper powder or 5-6 whole black pepper
-1 teaspoon oil
– To fry oil as required
-Custom salt
-1/2 lemon juice

How to make Hariyali Dum Aloo
To make Hariyali Dum Aloo, first boil the potatoes. Now peel the boiled potatoes and adopt them with the help of a fork. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes in it till they turn golden.

Clean and chop coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies. Now grind them finely in a grinder. Heat a spoon of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it. After this, fry cloves, cinnamon, large cardamom seeds in the pan. Now add coriander paste to it and fry for 2 minutes.

Now add black pepper powder to the pan and fry it. Now add potatoes and add 1/2 cup of water and let it boil. Add lemon juice and salt as per taste and apply it to a boil and turn off the gas. Your greenery is ready to make potatoes. Serve them hot
