Bhopal: The Congress has released its manifesto for Madhya Pradesh Assembly by-election (MP By-Election 2020). The Congress has made many promises to the public in its manifesto. In the manifesto, Congress has once again announced the debt waiver of farmers. Apart from this, Congress has also said to give pension to those who died from COVID-19. Meanwhile, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan (CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan) has targeted the Congress. Shivraj Singh Chauhan said, “Neither the promises of the old promissory note nor the promises were fulfilled. Wrote and forgot and said that many things will be done in ten days, they have not been completed, now they have come to make new promises. There are promises, what are the promises and they (Kamal Nath) know that there is nothing to do, but only writing. ”
Former Chief Minister and Congress leader Kamal Nath, while issuing the promissory note, said that he was confident that the Congress would once again return to power. During this, Kamal Nath attacked Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan and said that he calls me 15 percent but he himself is 115 percent. Former CM Kamal Nath said, ‘We had made a promissory note on the 2018 election in which 974 promises were given. During this period, the Congress government was 15 months and two and a half months Code of Conduct and one month went into the bargain. We fulfilled 574 promises during this period.
Kamal Nath said, ‘For the by-elections to be held for 28 seats in Madhya Pradesh, we have included 52 new pledges in this’ promissory note’. It is a promise that pension will be given to the families of those who died due to Corona virus. The debt of farmers will be forgiven. The Go-Vardhan Seva will be resumed. The farmers will be given loans without interest.
