Bhopal, September 17: The state president of Congress (Congress) and former Chief Minister Kamal Nath’s visit to Gwalior before the by-election to the assembly in Madhya Pradesh has given a political boost. While the BJP is tightening its grip on Kamal Nath’s visit, the Congress is claiming the rising trend of the public. By-elections are to be held in 28 assembly seats in the state and maximum of 16 seats come from Gwalior-Chambal area. This is the reason that this area is the most stressed by both political parties – BJP and Congress.

It is also considered to be the sphere of influence of former Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia. This is the reason that the BJP is continuously increasing its activity and on the other hand, the Congress has also become active. Kamal Nath’s two-day tour of Gwalior starts from Friday. The Congress is calling it a mega-show, in which Kamal Nath will do a road show and will communicate with the workers and leaders of the 36 seats of this zone. This is Kamal Nath’s first visit to Gwalior in about two years.

Congress spokesperson Ajay Singh Yadav considers this visit of Kamal Nath politically important. He says that after the ex-union minister Jyotiraditya Scindia left the Congress, the people of this region have increased expectations from Congress and Kamal Nath. In fact, a large section of the voters and general public of this area dislike Scindia, this thing has also come to the fore in the last few days.

Scindia himself did not go to Gwalior for six months and accompanied Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan when he left. Scindia also faced heavy opposition during this tour. This proves how much public anger there is against Scindia. At the same time, BJP state unit president Vishnu Dutt Sharma said on Kamal Nath’s visit to Gwalior, Kamal Nath and Digvijay Singh have lied to the people of Gwalior-Chambal region.

Injustice done to the region. The Congress government in the state was formed on the strength of Gwalior-Chambal region and the public wanted to see Jyotiraditya Scindia as the chief minister. But Digvijay-Kamal Nath tricked the region and Kamal Nath became the Chief Minister. Now the people of this region want to know from former Chief Minister Kamal Nath, what work did they do for the development of Gwalior-Chambal region? Why stumble in the back of this region’s development and respect?

Everyone’s eyes are on the visit of former Chief Minister Kamal Nath. Political analysts believe that this visit of Kamal Nath is important for the politics of the region, because this area is under the influence of Scindia, Kamal Nath did not come to Gwalior while in power, he is coming now. The first queue of the Congress has gone to the BJP, the challenge is to create a new queue in front of Kamal Nath, this visit of Kamal Nath may be removing some haze from the picture of the upcoming by-elections.
