The Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), formed by 11 opposition parties in Pakistan on Friday, began to protest against the Imran Khan government. Imran acted against
Opposition leaders said that Imran had acted against what was said before the election, so he no longer has the right to remain in power. Opposition leaders also lashed out at the army for supporting Imran. Outside his Jati Umra residence on Friday evening, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz vice-president and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s daughter Maryam Nawaz said – Our struggle is against injustice, unemployment and unprecedented inflation.
Every person in Pakistan is troubled
Maryam Nawaz said that every person in Pakistan is struggling with these problems. That is why we have come together and the public has also joined us. Maryam told about the public support by tweeting that it took more than six hours to leave Lahore. The public was flooding everywhere. The winds of change are blowing. It is to be known that elections are going to be held in Pakistan in 2023. Sadar Maulana Fazlur Rahman of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, who is leading the opposition coalition against the government, also took hours to reach Jinnah Stadium due to the huge crowd.
We have no enmity with anyone
Fazlur Rahman said, we have no enmity with anyone but we want Pakistan to be Pakistanis. We do not want Pakistan for the people of Western civilization. As long as outsiders rule Pakistan, Pakistan cannot become a powerful country. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the head of the Pakistan People’s Party, also took a long time to reach Gujranwala. This was the first PDM rally in Gujranwala after opposition unity. After this there will be rallies in other areas of the country.
