A case of beaten-up of a youth has come to light in Malihabad area of Lucknow. In this case, CM Yogi Adityanath has directed to impose National Security Act (NSA) on the accused. Meanwhile, the inspector has been suspended on charges of negligence. The CM has ordered immediate financial assistance to the victim’s family. After the strict approach of CM Yogi in the case, the District Magistrate Abhishek Prakash reached the victim’s house. DM Abhishek Prakash said, ‘The government has immediately transferred an assistance of Rs five lakh to the bank account of the deceased’s wife Suman Devi. As per eligibility, they are being given widow pension and old age pension to the father of the deceased, along with housing under the Rural Housing Scheme. The Deputy Superintendent of Police (Deputy SP) will investigate the incident. Action will be ensured against the culprits by the National Security Act (NSA).
In the village of Dilwaranagar in Malihabad, some people of the village have given a motorcycle on the pipe of Ram Vilas, who is watering the fields late on Thursday evening. Which caused the pipe to burst. When Ram Vilas opposed this, the youth started fighting. Ram Vilas condition became serious in the fight. After which the family immediately reached CHC Malihabad with him, where the doctors had referred the trauma center in view of the delicate situation. On the way to the Trauma Center, the young man was killed on the way. As soon as the news of the death was received, there was outrage among the villagers. The villagers burnt the bikes of the accused youths.
The Malihabad police took the matter lightly and were busy suppressing the case. Meanwhile, angry families blocked the Lucknow-Hardoi route on Friday due to no arrest. Along with hundreds of villagers, women also came armed with sticks. The villagers were demonstrating and the police was trying to understand them. Due to the jam on the highway, the police lathi-charged the villagers and drove them away, then the villagers threw stones. A villager was injured in a shootout during a fierce demonstration, which was admitted to the CHC. The villagers accused the police of shooting him.
Case filed for deceased’s brother’s tahrir
On the Tahrir of the deceased’s brother Arvind, the police registered a case against Ghulam Ali, Mustakim, Mufid, Shanu, Guddu in Section 304,147,323,504,506 SC ST and sent the body for postmortem. The deceased’s family consists of wife Suman 35 daughter Mansi 8, son Ayush 6 and 1 year old twins Aarushi and Rishabh.
Villagers did road jam by putting bamboo and bat

Meanwhile, MP Kaushal Kishore promised to provide compensation of one million to the family and strict action should be taken against the police officer who committed the misrepresentation.
Women ran some policemen with sticks
The women involved in the demonstration ran some policemen with sticks. Villagers from nearby villages also accused him of firing. Pappu, a resident of Bhadoiya village, who was going to take water along the highway due to the bullet, was seriously injured. He is admitted to the Trauma Center. The villagers stayed till late in the evening. Dispersed by lathicharge of the police, they camped in the village. SP villager Aditya Langhe told that the bullet has not been fired by the police. The miscreants involved in the demonstration are being identified. Action will be taken by filing a case.
IG suspended inspector
IG Range Lucknow Laxmi Singh also reached the spot and gave necessary guidelines to the concerned officers. In order to maintain law and order, a meeting was also held at the police post near Bhadoia village. He suspended the careless Inspector Siyaram Verma late at night. BJP District President Srikrishna Lodhi, who reached the spot, explained the villagers and assured them compensation and arrest of the accused. There is tension throughout the area. In view of the tension, a large number of police forces are deployed in the village. IG is monitoring the entire case.
Police negligence incident
According to experts, this whole incident has happened due to the negligence of the police. The police took the matter lightly and did not properly inform the higher officials. From inspector to SP rural Aditya Lehnga’s media cell also misled journalists. When the matter reached the IG and police headquarters through the media, the officers reprimanded the SP to the CO inspector. IG went to the spot and beat the inspector. Had the police already taken effective action and given correct information to higher officials, this incident would not have happened.
