The Indian Army is standing on the inaccessible snowy hills for the safety of the country, while also giving an appropriate answer to the nefarious tricks of the enemy. In Parliament, the Defense Minister made it clear that the soldier is ready to deal with any situation. When China did something like this, then the brave soldiers of the country, Operation ‘Snow Leopard’, spoiled the game of China.
Actually, LAC has been under stress in India and China for the last five months. Initially, China tried to infiltrate several times, but the Indian Army’s ‘Operation Snow Leopard’ has exposed every move of China and turned the dice on the border. Snow leopard means icy leopard, which has the expertise to rapidly target the prey in difficult terrain and in difficult conditions. The way the Indian Army has carried out this operation is nothing short of an icy leopard-like act.

Strategy of operation made in case of military negotiations failure:
Preparations were made for ‘Operation Snow Leopard’ from the beginning of August. The first strategic hills identified were to be achieved such as Black Top, Gurung Hill, Rejang La, Magar Hill, Reaching La, Helmet Top. The operation was strategized in coordination with teams of Northern Army Commander Colonel YK Joshi, Corps Commander Harjinder Singh, Divisional Commander and Local Commander posted on the Line of Actual Control, led by the Indian Army Chief General MM Narwane. As part of this strategy, it was decided that pressure should be put on China to revert to the old state of April first. For this many rounds of military negotiations took place but when the situation did not change, ‘Operation Snow Leopard’ was finalized. The first condition to carry out this operation was that its Chinese army could not get a little clue.
Team made up of soldiers with special frontier force:
Meanwhile, when the Chinese army tried to infiltrate the Thakung Peak in the southern part of Pangong Lake on the night of 29/30 August, the Indian Army drove them away. This opportunity was right for the army to carry out ‘Operation Snow Leopard’. After this, such a team is prepared to carry out this operation, which has experience in deployment or war fighting on high hills. The team of Special Frontier Force was also included in this. Within two days, this special team was given the task of taking control of Black Top, Gurung Hill, Rejang La, Magar Hill, Reaching La, Helmet Top. While taking these peaks under control, Indian Air Force fighter jets continued to patrol around to protect the military teams. This operation was so secret that the Chinese could get a clue only after hoisting the tricolor at every peak.

Control of southern and northern sides of Pangong Lake:
During this operation, the Indian Army first took control of the high hills of the southern and northern sides of Pangong Lake. Along with this, they increased their deployment from where the activities of China could be directly monitored. The Indian Army has surprised the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) of China by taking the entire area of about 60-70 km south of Pangong Lake. Before the 1962 war with China, this area was under the jurisdiction of India but after the battle of Rechin-La and Chushul during the war, the armies of both the countries went after it and the area was completely evacuated. Was Since then, both the countries have not been doing military deployment on these hills till now. This is the first time since 1962 that India has taken control of these hills in the southern end of Pangong by defeating the Chinese.
China upset over the operation of seals:
Now after taking strategic heights under its control, the situation on LAC has now turned in India’s favor. That is why in the second part of ‘Operation Snow Leopard’, the army has started executing war preparations from China. After this operation, China has become more upset since this and that is why the corps is not coming forward for the next level of commander level talks. After getting trapped in its own web, China is unable to understand what to do next. India has deployed soldiers on these peaks and has equipped them with logistic materials, weapons, ammunition. At present, every possible effort is still going on to resolve the dispute through dialogue with China, but if the negotiations are not successful, then a large number of soldiers have been deployed by the army for it so that the situation before April To be regained.

The Air Force is also monitoring along with the army:
The Air Force is also ready to support the Indian Army. That is, China has to decide when to talk to India now. Now if India wants, it can talk to China on its own terms. This is the reason why the time for the next conversation has not been decided by the Chinese commander because India has spoiled China’s game on the basis of ‘Operation Snow Leopard’. The country’s Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has said in the Parliament that China has continuously tried to change the status of LAC by violating previous agreements, but India is not ready to agree on this. India wants to resolve the issue through dialogue but is also ready for every situation.
