New Delhi, 24 September. There are now signs of political drama starting in Karnataka. In fact, the Congress has offered to bring a no-confidence motion against the BJP government of the state. Leader of Opposition in the Karnataka Assembly and former Chief Minister of the state Siddaramaiah has given notice to the speaker about the motion of no confidence. Also, there has been a demand for the resignation of Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa and his ministers.
At the same time, the notice given by Congress leader Siddaramaiah has been confirmed by Assembly Speaker Vishweshwar Hegde Kagiri. Also, he said that the date and time for discussion regarding the notice will be decided on Saturday. Former Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah said that people have lost faith in the current BJP government. With this, no one is sure about the ministers of the government.
