During the hearing, the petitioner placed several tweets of Kangana before the court. It has been told that an FIR can be lodged against Kangana under Section 156 (3) of the CrPC. Kangana will be questioned after the case is registered. After this, if evidence is found against him, then his arrest will also be sure.
