Firing and mortars were fired from Pakistan along the Line of Control in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. On the basis of initial information, a defense spokesman said that Pakistan violated the ceasefire without provocation and fired with small arms and fired mortar. Official sources said three military personnel, including an army officer, were injured, one of whom died later. He said that the officer and other injured soldiers are undergoing treatment at the army hospital.
