Jagmohan, former Upazila chief Ramswaroop Kamar, Jhalram Nagar, Dayaram, Pushpendra Nagar , Pintu Chanchi, Jagaram Devlen, Matol, Mohan Singh, Nihal Singh, Mohan Singh, Totaram, Kartar Singh, Virendra Gurjar, Darbari, Arami, Sugar Singh Kherra, Ramkesh Chinga, Sheesharam Master, Hakim Singh, Hansraj Gurjar etc. is.

At the same time 2500-3000 people involved in Mahapanchayat have also been included. It is stated in the FIR that no permission was taken by the organizers in relation to the gathering before the administration nor any undertaking was given to the district collector.

Describing the mahapanchayat as illegal, it has been said that a public notice was issued on behalf of the collector on October 16 in this regard.
