Manchester, 15 September: Australian leg-spinner Adam Zampa hopes that star batsman Steve Smith will return to the final-11 in the third and deciding match against England on Wednesday. The three-match series being played between Australia and England is at 1-1 level at the moment. In the second ODI, the Australian innings faltered and the match was lost. The fall of four wickets within three runs was very important in this.
In the first two matches, the Australian team did not have its star batsman Steve Smith. It is expected that he will return in the third match. Speaking to Sky Sports, Zampa said, “It was disappointing for him not to be in the last few matches, he is a world class player and he has a lot of experience.”
