The resolution of 81-year-old Urmila Chaturvedi, who lives in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, is going to be fulfilled on August 5, due to which she did not accept food for 28 years. In the year 1992, when the disputed structure was demolished in Ayodhya, he had vowed that Ram would take food only when the construction of the temple started. Elderly Urmila says that she was distressed by the violence that broke out after the disputed structure was demolished in Ayodhya, and vowed that the day the construction of the Ram temple would start with everyone’s consent, only then would she take food. Since December 6, 1992, she has been taking frequent fruits and most of her time has been spent in reciting the Ramayana and chanting the garland.
Urmila Devi, who lives in Vijay Nagar in local Jabalpur, is happy with the day the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the temple. He congratulated the judges and Prime Minister Narendra Modi by sending letters to the Supreme Court which pronounced the verdict. When Urmila Chaturvedi started fasting, she was 53 years old. At first people told her a lot to break the fast, but she remained adamant. Urmila Chaturvedi says that she wishes to go to Ayodhya and take food only after seeing Ramlala. For him, the construction of a Ram temple is like a rebirth.
