The mystery of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death is getting entangled with each passing day. After the confrontation between Patna and Mumbai police over the investigation, political rhetoric has also started. On Tuesday, BJP leader Narayan Rane alleged that Sushant was killed. He said, ‘Sushant has not done suicide. He is murdered. The Maharashtra government is not paying attention to the case as it is trying to save someone. Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging in his flat in Bandra on 14 June.
JDU spokesperson also raised questions on Disha Saliyan’s death
At the same time, in Bihar, Janata Dal United spokesperson Rajiv Ranjan said that Sushant’s manager Disha Salian’s death is suspicious. But Mumbai police covered his death. After this Sushant was killed in a Mumbai flat. He said that now the life of Riya Chakraborty is also in danger as she is the only witness in this case. On the other hand, the CBI investigation has been recommended by the Bihar government in this case. Disha Salian was the former manager of Sushant and he gave his life by jumping from the apartment on 8 June.
Bihar government does not have the right to recommend CBI investigation
On the recommendation of the CBI probe in Sushant case by the Bihar government, Riya Chakraborty’s lawyer Satish Manashinde has said that Bihar does not have the authority to recommend a CBI probe. Because, this case is outside the state police’s jurisdiction of investigation. In this case the case is not transferred. There is no legal basis for involving Bihar Police in the case. Maximum number of FIRs will be registered which will be transferred to Mumbai Police.
