New Delhi, 3 November. Due to the Bihar Assembly Election 2020, votes are being cast for the second phase today. Nitish Kumar (Tejashwi Yadav) vs Tejashwi Yadav is seen directly in the state. Also, BJP-JDU including Nitish Kumar and PM Narendra Modi are constantly targeting Tejashwi Yadav. On the other hand, for the second phase of Bihar Assembly Election 2020, 28.27 percent voting has been done till 1 pm today. Also, today the rally of Prime Minister Modi in Bihar is taking place in view of the third phase. The PM once targeted RJD by referring to Jungle Raj in his address.
